This initiative showcased the cross-functional expertise required to untangle complex, unstructured challenges in our healthcare system. I partnered directly with the drug manufacturer to clarify their core issues, translated raw data into clearly defined problem statements, and fostered collaborative relationships across internal and external stakeholders to design and implement scalable, sustainable process improvements. As a result, access to therapy increased by 11%—impacting over 100,000 patients—and the manufacturer realized a $30M revenue uplift within a single year.
