Welcome! I’m Amanda Snow, Senior Clinical Informaticist

My healthcare journey began at the bedside as a labor and delivery nurse, where I fell in love with all things mother/baby. I couldn’t believe I was getting paid to do something so meaningful. That passion led me into telehealth in 2006, yes, remote care before it was trendy, delivering case management services for health plans. Over the next 11 years, I helped build a nationally recognized telehealth disease management program that became a cornerstone of CVS Health’s patient-centered medical home model.

Along the way, clinical practice kept intersecting with data. And once I saw how insights could improve outcomes, I was hooked. That spark led me to pursue a master’s degree in Clinical Informatics and pivot into analytics-focused roles, where I found my true niche: translating between data and care.

In roles where I was often the only clinician in the room, I became the bridge between bedside, data, and boardroom. I turned complex analytics into strategic stories, empowered non-clinical teams to see their impact on patients, and helped align innovation with real-world care delivery. Together, we built tools, dashboards, and programs that made measurable differences and always kept patients at the center.

After seven years in highly technical leadership roles, I’m now focused on applying this blended expertise to mission-driven organizations that improve access, equity, and system-level outcomes. I thrive in ambiguous environments, love cross-functional collaboration, and stay anchored in purpose-driven problem solving.
